To Make an Appointment

Take the first step

The first step in scheduling an appointment is to help us understand your concerns by completing a brief, secure intake form. The form will take five to 10 minutes to complete. A member of our staff will match you with a clinician and get back to you within three business days to schedule you.

Covid-19 health and safety note: The Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center is offering secure, HIPAA compliant virtual mental health services through telehealth. Our clinicians are trained and prepared to provide high quality counseling, psychiatry and spiritual direction — which you may access from your home or other place of quarantine.

Or, you may call 515-274-4006 to complete the intake via telephone, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If our lines are busy, please leave a message and a member of our staff will get back to you within three business days.

Thank you.
